Sometimes we put other things there or forget about it when we move. So it's time to clean out the stroller rooms. Therefore, all residents are asked to move items or mark their strollers and prams with a manila tag with the apartment number. Extra manila tags can be picked up from Carsten.

The tags must be attached before October 31, 2026.

Strollers and prams that are not marked with the apartment number and items that are not strollers or prams will be moved to a depot for 3 months before being handed over to the police auction.

In order to get the most out of our locked bike rooms, all residents are kindly asked to keep the following in mind when parking your bikes:

• The bike rooms are for bikes only - prams, baby strollers, scooters, bike trailers, etc. are to be placed in the “pram rooms”.

• In order to save space, there are no bike stands in the locked rooms. For that reason, the users of the rooms are asked to ensure that their bikes are fitted with a support leg, and not let the bike rest against the wall or other bikes.

• Floor markings are to be respected. The floor in front of the storage rooms is to be kept free, so the owners can access them.

• Always shut the door after you

Dear fellow residents of Tårngården.

This year, Tårngården celebrates its 50th anniversary as an owners' association, since the association was founded in 1975.

The board has therefore decided to celebrate with an anniversary party on the property on Saturday 23 August, with food and drinks for everyone who attends.

More details will be sent out closer to the day, but mark your calendar.

We hope you can all join the festive occasion.

The board is busy with the planning, but if you have photos of Tårngården from the last 50 years, or good ideas for what could make
the celebration something special, please send them to bestyrelsen@taarngaarden.dk.

We look forward to seeing as many of you as possible at the celebration.

Attached is a brochure about the new apartments in Tårnhaven - our new neighbour - which you can sign up for. And here is an overview of the future access arrangements.

In some apartments, by mistake, the extractor/cooker hood is connected to the common exhaust duct.

This is not permitted, and the reason for this is that if the hood is connected to the common duct, the air will contain grease that can deposit in the ventilation duct, create a bad smell and risk the spread of fire as grease is flammable.

You are advised to check if this error has occurred in your apartment and correct it if necessary.

As previously announced, the caretaker has cleared out the bicycle rooms. Bicycles not marked with an apartment number, and items that are not bicycles, have been moved to storage for 3 months before being handed over to the police auction on 1 September 2022.

To mark the 60th birthday of our popular caretaker, the owners' association held a small morning reception for Carsten:

The board welcomes everyone home after the holidays.

We need to clear out “dead” bicycles and prams, so on 2 September 2019 all bicycles and prams will be tagged. Please remove the tag the next time you pass by your bicycle or pram.

On 1 October 2019, bicycles and prams that are still tagged will be removed and placed in the basement.

On 1 November 2019, unclaimed bicycles and prams will be handed over to the lost property office.

On 9 September 2019, the hot water will be shut off in all stairwells between 07:30 and 12:00 due to maintenance inspection.

On 16 September 2019, the laundry will be closed between 07:00 and 15:00 due to maintenance inspection.

On 29 June 2019, the owners' association (once again) held a successful barbecue afternoon in the garden.

This is also an encouragement for residents to make use of our garden and barbecue areas. Have a great rest of the summer.
